Chairman
Matthew Leeming read Theology and then Management at Oxford University and attended IMD in Lausanne, originally part of Harvard Business School. He has set up and run a number of companies including the first tour company to operate in Afghanistan since 1979.
Managing Director
Roderick Fish was apprenticed as a die stamper aged 16 at Downey and Company in Great Yarmouth. His work included writing paper for the Royal palaces and he rose through the ranks to become factory supervisor. He was headhunted and in his next job was responsible for printing the stationery for the Houses of Parliament.
Creative Director
Mike Ivey read History at Oxford University before founding Siren Communications, a design and advertising agency he ran for ten years. He joined Matthew and Rod in 2005 to found Leeming Brothers.
