TERMS AND CONDITIONS By placing an order with Leeming Brothers you agree to the following terms and conditions. Proofs Leeming Brothers will issue a proof for your approval prior to the printing of your stationery. Leeming Brothers will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that have been approved. Timing Orders are normally despatched within ten working days of proof approval. Leeming Brothers will endeavour to meet quoted delivery dates, but cannot guarantee them and are not responsible for any consequential loss. Quantities Exact quantities cannot be guaranteed on personalized stationery items and deliveries are subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 10%. Cancellation Cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of the notice of cancellation. PDF proofs will be charged at £15 per cancelled stationery item. Payment Stationery items must be paid for in full before delivery. Leeming Brothers may ask for part or full payment in advance of starting work. Title i) All work remains the property of Leeming Brothers until it has been paid for in full. ii) Engraved dies and copper platess supplied by the buyer, remain the property of the buyer. They will be retained at Leeming Brothers unless otherwise requested. Delivery i) Domestic Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a suitable delivery address. It is not possible to deliver to a PO Box. ii) International Payment of customs or handling charges that may be levied in a destination country outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer. On-Screen Representation Whilst Leeming Brothers make every effort to faithfully illustrate paper and ink colours, reproduction on-screen may vary from the actual product. Refunds We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalized stationery items. If we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we will correct or replace the items supplied to you. Complaints Complaints regarding personalized stationery items must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or they will not be considered. |
